About the Role
We are looking for a proactive FM Working Supervisor (Electrical) to join our facilities management team at our Newbridge production site. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of FM assets, with a strong focus on electrical systems, within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment.

You will lead a multi-skilled team, oversee contractors, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of technical hard services that support operational continuity in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance programmes.
Oversee compliance inspections across electrical systems, HVAC, boilers, water, and life safety equipment.
Manage CAFM (Maximo) system for work orders, scheduling, and defect resolution.
Supervise contractors and internal FM team, ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate asset registers and support capital planning with the client.
Ensure all documentation (RAMS, permits, compliance) is completed and signed off.
Provide hands-on operational support including event setups, furniture moves, and site image reviews.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the company professionally.
What we’re looking for

Strong electrical background with proven experience in building services or workplace environments.
Knowledge of FM systems including HVAC, lighting, life safety and control systems.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in an FM/technical role.
Experience managing contractors and ensuring statutory compliance.
IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office and CAFM systems (Maximo experience desirable).
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
Experience in food production or manufacturing environments (preferred).
Full Irish driving licence.
