Description:
1. Cash control: Records cash inflows and outflows daily, ensuring that the cash register closes correctly.
2. Issuing and organizing invoices: Ensures that services and products sold are correctly documented.
3. Accounts payable and receivable management: Controls payments for expenses (rent, products, electricity, water) and receives payments from customers or partners.
4. Financial reports: Produces monthly reports with profits, expenses and general balance to help in decision making.
5. Inventory control: Helps monitor products used (razors, shampoos, creams) to avoid waste and shortages.
6. Financial planning: Helps set goals, such as saving for expansion, renovation or purchase of new equipment.
7. Collection and organization of payments to barbers: If the barbershop works with commission or chair rental, the barber organizes these transfers.
