Ideal candidates must possess:

• Active right to work in the UK
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal transport
• Current care qualifications or training, particularly in Learning Disabilities (LD), ADHD, Dementia, and Person-Centered Support

Please note that the applicant will only be eligible for sponsorship upon the successful completion of the agreed probation period, subject to meeting satisfactory performance in line with company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.44-£14.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
