(Company Name - Subscribers only) is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Family Support Worker to join a dedicated team at a Family Assessment Centre in Harlow (CM19).This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with families during their assessment process, offering hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to help them move forward in a positive and safe environment.?? Key Responsibilities

  • Support families with day-to-day routines and parenting tasks during assessments
  • Build positive working relationships with parents to help them address challenges
  • Provide practical advice and emotional support to both parents and children
  • Contribute to and follow care plans to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing
  • Keep clear, accurate records and reports on family progress
  • Work alongside other professionals such as social workers and healthcare staff
  • Offer hands-on care and supervision, particularly with babies and toddlers

? What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working with children, families, or in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm, professional, and compassionate in challenging situations
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on families’ lives
  • Experience in early years or similar hands-on care with babies and toddlers is essential
