If you have a passion for influencing outcomes for children and families, come and join our innovative and forward-thinking 0-19 Service as a Family Health Worker (various hours available).
Our staff led the way moving from the title of Community Nursery Nurse to this role to reflect the changing dynamic of our work with families across the city.
Your role will be to assist in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, offering support and interventions to children and their families.
