We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Hard and Soft Services.

As a Facilities Manager you’ll:

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of soft and hard services
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including risk assessments, COSHH, fire safety, and client EHS requirements
Manage the on-site team, drive performance, and foster a positive work environment
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability
Conduct regular audits, service reviews, and client meetings
Support and identify growth opportunities within the contract
Champion continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
Promote Sodexo brand standards and company values at all times
What we’re looking for:

Licences/Certifications: IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
Qualifications: Relevant Facilities Management or equivalent qualification (desirable)
Experience: Proven experience in Facilities Management, covering both soft and hard services, with strong financial and operational management skills
Person Specification:
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Confident communicator and relationship-builder with clients and teams
Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance
Financially astute and commercially aware
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, UDC Payroll, Righttime, or similar.
