Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events and media assistance . The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event management, ensuring seamless delivery that exceeds client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your hospitality, organisational, and communication skills within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will have experience in events management, administration, or related sectors, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities.

Duties

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and tracking reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with departmental documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after events.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as social media posts, promotional emails, and event announcements.
  • Coordinate production of promotional materials with the marketing team.
  • Help monitor event and sales performance metrics.
  • Gather feedback from clients and participants to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event support or customer service is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
  • Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently when necessary
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programmes, Canva and Design skills is an advantage .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
