We provide fine-limit sheet metal fabrications to a variety of industry sectors including electronics, medical, telecommunications, retail and vending. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand customer’s requirements via technical drawings and files to create and provide quotations.
• Coordination with Potter’s production and purchasing departments regarding manufacturing costs/processes and times required to achieve customer requirements.
• Liaising with customers to confirm details, expectations and ongoing progress of jobs in manufacture with Potters
• Troubleshooting and manufacturing support.
• Occasional face-to-face meetings with customers and suppliers when required.

The ideal Internal Technical Sales representative will need:

• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Have a level of technical understanding, ideally within sheet metal or other engineering-related industries.
• Ability to discuss technical and aesthetic requirements with Potters customers.
• Be highly organised and able to respond in a timely and effective manner
• Outgoing and friendly, both in person and on the phone.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. (Strictly Office based)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Part time will be considered)

Pay: £26,000 – £35,000 (Dependent on experience)
