• Conduct site visits to monitor electrical work and ensure adherence to technical specifications.

• Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions pertaining to the electrical aspects of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on electrical systems.
• Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction or electrical industry.
• In-depth understanding of cost control techniques and principles specific to electrical work.
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software relevant to electrical construction.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong aptitude for mathematics.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial estimations and cost management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
