Join Our Growing Team as an Early Childhood Recruitment Consultant!

Are you passionate about helping educators achieve their dreams while shaping the future of early childhood education? Do you want to be part of an exciting new chapter in a rapidly growing recruitment agency? If so, we’re looking for YOU to join us as an Early Childhood Recruitment Consultant!

About Us:
After achieving rapid growth and success in New Zealand over the past three years, we’re thrilled to bring our expertise to the UK! As a new recruitment agency in the UK, we’re on an exciting journey to establish ourselves as leaders in early childhood recruitment. With our office based in the vibrant Wandsworth area, you’ll be working in a modern, community-focused space that offers fantastic perks, including:

  • Access to a gymnasium to stay active and energized.
  • An outdoor heated pool for those moments of relaxation or a quick swim.
  • Beer and cider on tap for those end-of-day wind-downs.

This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in our UK expansion and be part of something truly special from the ground up.

About the Role:
This is a 180 recruitment role, dedicated to candidate sourcing, care, and relocation support. You’ll specialize in international recruitment, working with talented early childhood educators from around the world. From finding the perfect role to managing their relocation journey, you’ll guide candidates every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and supportive process as they settle into their new lives in the UK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source Global Talent: Identify and engage skilled early childhood educators using creative and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Care: Build strong relationships with candidates, offering exceptional guidance and support throughout their recruitment and relocation process.
  • Manage Relocation Projects: Oversee the end-to-end relocation journey, including visas, documentation, travel, and housing arrangements.
  • Facilitate Settlements: Help candidates adapt to their new roles and lives in the UK, providing practical advice and emotional support during their transition.
  • Drive Growth: Be a key player in building the UK branch of our business, contributing ideas and energy to our mission of making a positive impact in early childhood education.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background in recruitment, project management, or customer care (experience in early childhood or international recruitment is a plus!).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex processes with ease.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to help grow a new venture.
  • A passion for education and helping others succeed.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • A chance to be a foundational part of a new UK business with global roots.
  • A dynamic role that blends recruitment with project management, offering variety and growth.
  • A fun and inspiring work environment with incredible amenities like a gym, pool, and drinks on tap!
  • The satisfaction of transforming lives and contributing to the future of education.

Ready to Be Part of Our Journey?
If you’re ready to join an exciting new venture, enjoy working in a vibrant and collaborative space, and play a key role in shaping our UK operations, we’d love to hear from you!
