Responsibilities

• Operate dairy processing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality products in accordance with established procedures.
• Fill containers accurately with dairy products, ensuring proper volume and quality standards are met.
• Apply labels precisely onto packaging to ensure correct product identification and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Pack finished products securely for shipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the process.
• Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines, to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities, and inspection results.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food production or dairy processing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards is highly desirable.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality checks.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks safely.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean working environment.
