Dairy Farm Assistant: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Dairy Farm Assistant to support daily operations on our dairy farm. The ideal candidate will assist with animal care, milking, cleaning, and general farm maintenance to ensure the health and productivity of our livestock.

Key Responsibilities:

Milking Operations:
Perform daily milking (morning and/or evening shifts)
Ensure cleanliness of milking equipment and Parlors
Monitor milk quality and report abnormalities
Animal Care:
Feed and water cows and calves
Assist with calving and care of newborn calves
Monitor animal health and report signs of illness or injury
Farm Maintenance:
Clean stalls, barns, and yards
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Assist with fencing and pasture management
Record Keeping:
Record feeding, health checks, and production data as required
Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in dairy farming or livestock handling preferred (training may be provided)
Ability to handle physical labor and work in varying weather conditions
Basic understanding of animal welfare and farm safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Working Conditions:

Early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required
Work may involve exposure to animals, dust, and agricultural chemicals
Remuneration is €34000.00 per year based on 39 hours per week. Interested candidate please apply with CV.
