Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to manage and guide our customer support team based in Manchester. This position plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, improving customer experience, and supporting the company’s continued expansion in the online vaping market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality support
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the customer service team to achieve performance objectives
- Design and implement training initiatives to improve service delivery and team capabilities
- Review customer feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer service aligns with business objectives
- Handle and support multilingual customer communications across various channels
- Track, analyse, and report on performance indicators and customer satisfaction levels
- Contribute to business growth by consistently delivering outstanding customer support
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within customer service
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish language skills are advantageous; additional languages are highly desirable
- Ability to assess data and implement service improvement strategies
- Previous experience within e-commerce or online sales environments is preferred
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
