We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional customer experiences while maintaining premium brand standards in every face-to-face interaction.
- Proactively identify customer needs and maximize revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as a brand ambassador for major clients, delivering persuasive, solution-focused product presentations.
- Work closely with senior managers to fast-track development in leadership, campaign execution, and business operations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
- Accelerate professional growth through one-on-one mentorship and coaching from high-performing managers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
- Experience with upselling techniques and analysis skills to identify opportunities for additional sales is advantageous. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Pay:
- Average OTE earnings between £25,000-£27,000 per annum (performance-based bonuses and incentives/commission)

- Full in-house training will be provided.
No prior experience is needed—our client is looking for candidates who are target-driven and who have the willingness to learn new skills.
