(Company Name - Subscribers only) are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in Surrey to support the secondary schools we work with in this area. If you have an interest in securing a role in secondary education then this could be the role for you!

A cover supervisor role with us will offer you the opportunity to work flexibly, gain experience working with a range of schools and the opportunity to build your behaviour management skills and confidence in leading a classroom.

About the Role:

• Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
• Supporting students’ learning and progress during staff absences.
• Building strong relationships with schools and students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
• Must be available to start in September 2025!
