Continuous Improvement AnalystLocation: Ruislip | Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-time, On-siteSalary: £32,000

We’re looking for a passionate Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our collaborative CI team, helping us make things work better — every day. Acting as internal consultants, we partner with Operations, Quality, Production and Commercial teams to streamline processes, unlock efficiency and drive sustainable change.

What You’ll Do

  • Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and influence stakeholders.

  • Lead and support process optimisation projects from concept to delivery.

  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights through Power BI and Advanced Excel.

  • Map and improve processes, run Kaizen events, and deliver measurable results.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

About YouYou bring at least 2 years’ experience in CI or process optimisation, strong analytical skills, and confidence working with Power BI, advanced Excel and KPIs. You’re proactive, curious, detail-driven and great at engaging stakeholders. A degree in a relevant STEM field is essential; Lean Six Sigma experience is a bonus.
