PANDT.ie is a small, family-run construction company with fewer than 10 employees, and we are now looking for experienced construction professionals to support our growing workload. We are seeking individuals with solid, proven experience in the building industry who can confidently work across a range of residential and small commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carpentry / woodwork
• Drywall / plasterboard installation
• Home extensions and structural works
• Fitting windows and doors
• Roofing, scaffolding, and steel fixing
• General construction and site tasks
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
• Have several years of hands-on construction experience
• Can work independently and confidently with minimal supervision
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Communicate well and work effectively as part of a small team
• Are reliable, professional, and committed to their trade
