Outcomes Assessments (COAs) organization leads the industry in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non-drug interventions. We focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients u2013 mostly life science/pharmaceutical companies u2013 through the application of broad consulting expertise and technical scientific knowledge to conduct scientifically rigorous research. This research is broad and includes qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups), quantitative (e.g., clinical outcome assessments/patient-reported outcomes (PROS), preference research) and passive (e.g., digital health technology tools) approaches to understand patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences and expectations of disease and treatment.

Role & Responsibilities

-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Serve as the primary account manager for COA Accelerator clients, managing onboarding and ongoing support.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Deliver training sessions (live and recorded) to ensure effective platform use.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Drive customer success initiatives, monitoring engagement and proactively addressing challenges.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Collect client feedback and collaborate with product teams to suggest enhancements based on pain points.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Identify opportunities to expand collaboration within COA Accelerator, Instrument Services, PCS, and other (Company Name - Subscribers only) offerings.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Support prospecting and business development in partnership with internal (Company Name - Subscribers only) stakeholders.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Assist in marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and promotional campaigns.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Contribute to proposal development, presentations, demos, and trial setups for prospective clients.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Participate in offering development, helping refine COA Accelerator and related services.

Skills & Qualifications – our ideal candidate will have:

-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Degree in Life Sciences or related field.

-u00a0u00a0 u00a03 years of experience in a consulting / advisory / strategy role in the COA / PRO space (working either in industry, CROs, or consultancies)

-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Strong client-centric mindset with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Previous consulting, sales or business development experience (account management, customer success, or similar roles are a plus)
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Deep knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), Patient Experience Research and associated services.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Strong organizational and time management skills.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across global teams.

-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Familiarity with subscription-based SaaS platforms and digital adoption strategies.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Understanding of clinical trial processes and COA-related regulatory considerations.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Ability to analyse usage data and generate insights for client engagement.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Comfort with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Significant experience leveraging AI tools for work.
-u00a0u00a0 u00a0Fluency in English.
