About the practice & Role:
Our client, a progressive veterinary practice, has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead Vet to join their team at an exciting stage of growth.
This role offers a tremendous opportunity for an experienced vet to step into a leadership position, guiding and inspiring a dedicated team during this exciting phase of development. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the practice and driving its continued success.
The practice is purpose-built to deliver the highest clinical standards, offering excellent facilities and access to the latest equipment. With a loyal client base already in place and significant potential for growth, there is ample opportunity to work up cases locally, allowing you to pursue any clinical interests you may have. Certification is encouraged and fully funded.
About the Team:
You’ll work alongside an excellent veterinary team eager to learn from your experience and develop their skills, complemented by a highly supportive and experienced nursing team with over 50 years of combined expertise.

Benefits:
- Salary up to £72,000 (Depending on Experience)

To be Considered:
- MRCVS
- Minimum x4 years UK practice experience
- Up to date CPD
- Great Team player
- Leadership Experience (preferred)
