The key responsibilities of the Chinese Speaking – Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader will be as follows:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of commercial conveyancers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Caseload Management: Oversee the commercial conveyancing team caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in all conveyancing transactions, adhering to legal regulations and best practices.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and implement ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Performance Management: Assist the team in meeting individual and team KPI’s and targets.

Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader |Chinese Speaking (Fluent) required

The successful Chinese Speaking – Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader will possess the following:

• Excellent English and Chinese language skills both oral and written.
• At least 5-years’ experience handling commercial conveyancing matters.
• A demonstrated track record of successful team leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Competitive salary paying between £60,000 – £80,000k depending on experience
