Phjom Limited T/A The Barrel & Castle at Knockthomas, Castlebar, Co.Mayo is looking for a chef de partie – senior position to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment and produce food to high standard, able to work as part of a team, responsible and hard working. Duties include assisting head chef in food preparation, cooking & dish plating, monitoring food and waste control, improve existing menus, responsible for training junior chefs and food hygiene.
