We require a Chef de Partie for a busy Sea Food & Steak Restaurant in Strandhill Co. Sligo
With a minimum of 2 years experiences. English-speaking. Enthusiastic and passionate about food. A history of cooking good food in a busy environment. Team player. Producing quality food from fresh produce. Highly motivated and willing to learn from the team but when needed can autonomoulsy and show initiative to add to the overall running of the busy kitchen. Over all we are looking for a Chef De Partie with a proven track record with solid knowledge and chef skills who is willing to deliver quality food in a timely manner.
