Chef de Partie: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

Daypark Taverns LTD T/A Inishowen Gateway Hotel in Buncrana, F93 PPH9 , Ireland is looking for 4 Chef de Partie to join the Back-of-House team, to start as soon as possible This is a full time , permanent position

€34 000 /annum ,
39 hrs/wk

The successful candidate tasks will include:
Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
Assisting other Chefs
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Good knowledge of all meal preparation sections
Ability to work under supervision of a limited range
Ability to produce good quality basic food
Understanding of health and safety
Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
minimum 5 years experience in Chef de Partie role
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
