Molloy’s Bar and Grill is now seeking applications from suitably qualified / experienced chefs. We are a busy Gastro Pub in Tallaght Village and we pride ourselves in serving high quality food in a fun environment.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience and ideally have previous experience working in a busy pub / restaurant.
Applicants must have experience in HACCP / Kitchen hygiene, stock control and food storage and waste management.
They must have a passion for cooking and thrive in a busy environment.
