CE Supervisor: (Company Name - Subscribers only)
We are seeking a dedicated CE Supervisor to help manage our Community Employment (CE) Drug Rehab program in our outreach café based in the Lighthouse in Dublin. The ideal candidate will understand the CE Drug Rehab Framework 2015, the National Drugs Strategy 2017-2025, and the NDRIC.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Oversee financial operations, including payroll, claims, and compliance with DSP guidelines.
• Liaise with DSP, Local/Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Forces, and relevant recovery services.
• Maintain accurate participant records and ensure timely allowance payments.
• Ensure CE scheme complies with monitoring requirements for Financial, Training and Program guidlines
• Knowledge of the Welfare Partners computerized system as well as ECASS
Participant Training & Development:
• Develop Individual Learner Plans (ILPs) aligned with care plans.
• Coordinate vocational training, work placements, and job search activities.
• Monitor and report on participant progress and training outcomes.
Human Resource Management:
• Manage recruitment, induction, and contracts for participants.
• Conduct team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and career planning.
• Address disciplinary issues and ensure participant exit plans include after-care supports.
Scheme Management:
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Supervise participant activities and placements in line with CE objectives.
• Ensure financial and program monitoring aligns with CE guidelines.
Progression Support:
• Achieve progression targets and implement job search and employment options.
• Build relationships with local employers to facilitate placements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and people management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency in one or more of the following areas (Business, Financial Administration, Communication & Interpersonal Skills)
• Proven ability to work within professional boundaries and as part of a collaborative team.
• 3rd Level qualification (NFQ level 6 or higher) is desirable but not mandatory
