Supporting the Operational team to deliver and develop Cardiology services. Main duties of the job
Developing and managing staff. Ensuring RTT compliance for new appointments and throughout the patients pathway. Supporting the delivery and development of Cardiology services. Tracking mandatory training and ensuring staff are compliant, appraisals, performance and sickness review. Managing PALS concerns. Recruitment and induction of new starters.
