Job Summary
Are you passionate about the café culture and have a knack for numbers? Brothers Café is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder who can not only assist in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant café but also bring valuable business analytics skills to help us grow and improve.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, food, and beverages with exceptional customer service.
Assist with daily operations, including food prep, stock management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain seamless kitchen operations.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Conduct regular quality control checks on food presentation and taste.
Manage kitchen schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Use business analytics to analyze sales, customer behavior, and inventory trends.
Provide insights to improve menu offerings, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Utilize knowledge of Asian cuisine to prepare and enhance menu items and ensure authentic flavors.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Asian cuisine, including cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
Familiarity with business analytics tools or software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
Knowledge of business analytics or a related degree is an advantage.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
A proactive and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in culinary techniques, with a strong understanding of food production processes.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen management.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
