Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
– Prepare cuts of meat according to customer specifications
– Ensure all meats are handled and stored correctly to maintain freshness
– Operate and maintain butchering equipment and tools
– Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfil orders promptly
– Assist in managing inventory levels of meat products

Skills:
– Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role in a culinary environment
– In-depth knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
– Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Strong attention to detail and precision in meat cutting
– Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen team members
