Job Overview
Smarks (UK) Pvt Ltd, a Subway® franchise operator, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Sales Executive to support daily store operations and drive sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales targets, and working in a fast-paced food retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • IPromote Subway® products, meal deals, and in-store promotions to customers
  • Drive daily sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
  • Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and POS systems
  • Upsell and cross-sell menu items, including combos, add-ons, and promotional offers
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in line with Subway® and company guidelines
  • Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and replenishment
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues efficiently
  • Comply with company policies, food safety procedures, and health & safety regulations
  • Support team members during peak trading hours

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or food service is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is desirable
