Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organisational growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst seeking new partnerships.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organisation’s services and expand professional networks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential. Pay: £24,420.00-£82,574.70 per year
