Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Manager to oversee our Sales & Marketing department and drive growth within the company. The ideal candidate will possess a experienced background in sales and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. This role requires proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively making it an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to leverage his/her skills in a fast-paced environment in Restaurant, Corporate & Social Events and Food & beverage sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve Restaurant and events sales targets and enhance market presence around the area.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention (around Asian Tour Groups & Local Communities)
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within tour groups.
  • Utilise available reports for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth strategies.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in operations & customer engagement around the Restaurant and Events.

Skills

  • 2-3 years experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets around Food related Businesses like Restaurant & Events .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions in Food & Beverage department(Asian led restaurant knowledge is preferable).
  • Proficiency in essential skills for managing client interactions effectively.
  • Fluency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele(Asian Cliental in particular)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster strong working relationships with in the team and higher management.
  • Have a Degree in Management Business or Marketing Administration.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple objectives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
