The Person

An exceptional field sales executive with experience in selling to independent Ethnic retail shops, looking to add-value to established brands. You will play a vital role for our retail customers, representing the (Company Name - Subscribers only) brands on the road. You will engage with independent ethnic retail shop owners for the purpose of opening new sales accounts regularly, as well as servicing existing accounts in your territory.

We are looking for people to be our sales driving force of OUR BRANDS for the independent Ethnic retail shops, who love what they do and take pride in what they do. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to demonstrate high level of resilience with an ambition to improve regional performance every day. You will be covering a data base of retail shops in the Midlands and North England areas. Candidates must reside within North England preferably. knowledge of spoken Urdu , Punjabi or Hindi may be preferred .

We are looking for a person with strong sales experience, ideally within the FMCG sector, demonstrating excellent customer service and competence in the delivery of sales targets.

The candidate will be self-motivated and organised, with a current clean driving licence, as well as a minimum of two years driving experience for insurance purposes.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, a key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly while managing existing customer portfolio. The role involves covering customers in the Midlands , north England and Scotland and you would need to reside in this territory and enjoy driving .

Your duties involve:

· Selling a wide range of products to current and prospective customers in your designated Territory covering the Midlands , north England and Scotland.

· Identify new sales opportunities.

· Route planning for efficient store visits.

· Visit at least 10 retailers a day based on areas and route plans.

· Following and enforcing the company price structures.

· Product knowledge and be communicative with ethnic retailers.

· Establish and maintain sales material and knowledge of current and new products.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
