Business And Maintenance Coordinator: (Company Name - Subscribers only)
Business and Safety Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and
overseeing a range of clinic-related activities, including maintenance,
management, health and safety measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day duties
Ensure workstation is properly equipped and maintained
Maintain accurate records
Ensure a routine maintenance and repairs and report any issues or
deficiencies
Maintain the strong position of the clinic, vision and culture
Financial and business duties
Process invoices and maintain financial records related to facility services
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure
projects, timelines and objectives are met
Determine operational and business impacts and develop training material and processes to manage applicable or relevant requirements effectively.
Co-vigilance duties
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
Provide technical consulting for a variety of health, safety, and emergency issues.
Responsible for all equipment (working condition, maintenance…).
Ensure a constant clinical co-vigilance (medical and laboratory devices)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, HR or Business
Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position or related
qualifications in health – related science.
Experience in health and safety (H&S), environmental procedures, and
continuous improvement practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in using facility management and financial software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices
Ability to speak a second language is an asset
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Adaptable to a fast-paced changing environment.
Able to organize and prioritize workload efficiently.
Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Smartsheet efficiency, IT basic
skills
Experience in a laboratory environment and medical devices is required (Thorough knowledge of medical terminology).
Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws and regulations.
