Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Multiple locations in London

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bubble Tea shop and ensure that our customers enjoy an exceptional experience every time they visit. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, from team management to customer service, and play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

– Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

– Monitor store performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership:

– Recruit, train, and supervise Bubble Tea Baristas and Shop Supervisors, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to perform their roles.

– Manage staff scheduling, shift coordination, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

– Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, encouraging team development and motivation.

– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help team members grow and improve.

Customer Experience:

– Uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

– Work alongside Baristas to prepare and serve bubble tea and toppings, ensuring adherence to company recipes and standards.

– Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries.

Inventory & Financial Management:

– Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner and waste is minimized.

– Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial protocols.

– Analyze sales data and reports to make informed decisions that drive store performance and profitability.

Requirements:

– Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry, particularly in bubble tea or a similar fast-paced environment.

– Language Skills: Bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or a similar language is preferred.

– Work Authorization: No restrictions to work in the UK.

– Skills:

– Strong leadership and team management abilities.

– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

– Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

– Flexibility: Availability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
