About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Business Development Design Lead to join our Corporate Services team. In this key role, you will shape the visual and digital storytelling behind our business growth—bringing innovation, creativity, and design excellence to high-value bids, proposals, and client communications.

Working closely with the Senior Bid Manager and wider bid team, you’ll lead the design of bespoke, high-impact content that inspires clients and supports our strategic ambitions. You’ll develop engaging documents, presentations, videos, and online experiences that bring our solutions to life and reflect the quality of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and strategic design concepts in response to client briefs.
Design bid documents, presentations, insights portals, and digital experiences aligned with brand standards.
Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver visually engaging and compelling proposals.
Translate technical information and data into clear, visually engaging stories that connect with clients.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Support the development of new digital and AI-driven approaches to enhance client engagement.
Continually innovate design approaches, staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

About You:
Experienced designer with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a passion for turning complex ideas into engaging visual concepts.

Highly collaborative with experience working across functions and senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable managing shifting priorities.
A proactive thinker who embraces innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable:
Experience in bid design, marketing communications, or business development environments.
Familiarity with AI tools, digital storytelling platforms, and data visualisation.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
