D & Y Food Co. Limited is a well-established bakery business in Dublin, operating across retail, café, and wholesale delivery. We are passionate about high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and baked goods, and we are now seeking a skilled Baker / Confectionery Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Follow established recipes and contribute to new product development.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high product standards for quality, appearance, and consistency.
• Ensure excellent hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional baking experience (essential).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with good time management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
