(Company Name - Subscribers only) is looking for a full-time Assistant Brewer to join our team. Responsible for all brewery operations; following recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and taste of beer; monitoring fermentation progress, conduct sensory evaluations, assisting in adjusting brewing parameters as required; maintaining cleanliness and organization of brewing equipment, tanks, and work areas.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a craft brewery; a passion for beer making and developing new beers; very high-level brewing skills; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a brewing environment.
34k per year, 39h per week
