Role Overview
We are seeking an AI & Data Research Analyst (Neuroinformatics Focus) to contribute to Panelysian’s data science and AI research division. The role bridges biotechnology, data analytics, and AI-driven cybersecurity, exploring how biological and cognitive models can inspire data intelligence frameworks.
This role qualifies under Ireland’s Critical Skills Employment Permit category for ICT and Research professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct applied research combining biological data and machine learning approaches.
Design experiments and develop models for data-driven cognitive pattern analysis.
Support integration of research insights into AI and cybersecurity systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams on AI algorithm development and model validation.
Present research findings through reports, presentations, and technical papers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
MSc or higher in Biotechnology, Neuroscience, Bioinformatics, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative research skills.
Interest or exposure to AI / data analytics tools (Python, R, or similar is a plus).
Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
