Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining an efficient office environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in administrative functions to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace where applicable
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for staff members
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry and record keeping systems is desirable
