Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial administration? Join our team as an Accountant and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional accounting and operational support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
• Preparing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Liaising with HMRC, local councils, and utility companies to handle compliance, queries, and account management
• Managing purchasing tasks, including processing invoices and coordinating with suppliers
• Managing internal ordering processes for materials, supplies, and operational needs, including tracking costs and coding invoices correctly
• Generating financial reports to support business decision-making
• Maintaining accurate records and managing deadlines efficiently
• Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance requirements
• Providing support to clients with Xero and other accounting software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Experience liaising with HMRC, councils, and utility companies
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Fluent Turkish and English communication skills are essential
• Ability to communicate confidently with Turkish-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
